Leveraging the expertise and capabilities of its key principals, all of whom have come up in the apartment industry through different disciplines, Element provides a turnkey development, construction, and management platform.

Based in Greensboro, NC we are engaged in construction and development projects spanning the state of North Carolina, with a notable presence in Asheville. In 2023 we kicked off a new 400-unit project in Fayetteville and have future projects planned in other dynamic markets in the Carolinas including Wilmington and Charlotte.
